What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you type into the free estimate form: your name, phone number, an optional email address, an optional property address, the property type, the service you need, how soon you need it and the description of the job you write for us.

Our web host also records standard technical information with each request — such as the page you submitted from and your browser's user-agent string — which is attached to your inquiry so we can tell where it came from.

Why we collect it

We use it for one purpose: to contact you about the estimate you asked for and, if you hire us, to schedule and complete the work. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your inquiry is delivered to us through the customer management system our website provider operates on our behalf. Beyond that provider, we do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party tracking pixels, and it does not build a profile of you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our record-keeping obligations. If you would like your inquiry deleted, ask us and we will remove it.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
